ORDERS
Orders normally take 5 -10 days to be ready for posting. If you need it sooner please don't hesitate to contact me as I will be able to let you know if it's already knitted and ready to ship.
SHIPPING
Postage
I charge a flat rate for Postage and Packaging for standard £3.50, or 48 tracked and signed for £5.50. FREE delivery in the UK for all orders over £70.
Please enquire if your country does not show up on the postage list at checkout and I will amend.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS
Don't worry if you change your mind (we all do on occasion) you can return your items to Elizabeth Larsen Knitwear. In the first instance can you please email elizabethlarsenknitwear@gmail.com.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
